Paula Frederick appointed to the CICBV Board of Directors. Farley Cohen becomes Past Chair ex-officio of the Board.
Paula Frederick was appointed to the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators Board of Directors for a three-year term. Paula has also served and continues to serve on several CICBV Board committees. Farley Cohen has served as a Director, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice-Chair and Chair of the Board. He becomes Past Chair ex-officio for 2011-12.
