Tylar St. John is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Since 2010, Tylar’s practice has been primarily focused in the areas of business valuation, loss quantification and forensic accounting investigations.
She has assisted with the preparation and submission of numerous expert and valuation reports to Canadian and international courts. Her experience includes the quantification of economic damages for complex commercial litigation including breach of contract matters, intellectual property, wrongful termination and other financial disputes. She has also assisted in preparing business and securities valuations for the purpose of shareholder disputes.
Tylar’s assignments have involved companies ranging from regional and privately-owned to multi-national and publicly traded. Her casework covers a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, construction and farming.
