Prem Lobo co-presents on the quantification of business loss at the OAMREA 2012 Conference
Prem Lobo was a co-presenters on the topic of “Business Loss in an Expropriation Context” at the 2012 conference of the Ontario Association of Municipal Real Estate Administrators in Niagara Falls, Ontario. His presentation addressed the quantification of business loss in expropriation contexts in situations where land is taken, where no land is taken, as well as related considerations.
