Dan is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. Dan joined CHS in 2010 and has focused exclusively in damages quantification, business valuation and forensic accounting matters since 2006. Dan’s main practice areas include disputes in intellectual property infringement and other complex damages matters.

Antonina is also a Canadian CPA,CA and CBV, and Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. Antonina joined CHS in 2015. Since 2006, her practice has focused primarily in the areas of business valuation and litigation support, particularly in shareholder disputes, matrimonial disputes and other litigation matters.
