CHS professionals take part in the Osgoode Masters of Law (LLM) program in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution as mock trial expert accounting witnesses.
Helen Norris, Dan Ross, Anita Patel, Bart Dziarski and Matt Bottomley acted as mock trial expert witnesses in the toxic tort case study A Civil Action. The program uses a mock accounting report developed by Peter Steger who has been involved with the LLM since 2000.
