
Biography
Michelle is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Since 2012, Michelle has practiced exclusively in the areas of business valuation, loss quantification and forensic accounting investigations.
Michelle has assisted in a broad range of matters including breach of contract, patent infringement, expropriations, matrimonial disputes (including determination of income for child and spousal support purposes), lost business opportunity, shareholder disputes, income tax disputes and forensic accounting investigations. Michelle’s casework ranges from regional and privately-owned to multi-national and publicly-traded companies. She has gained exposure in a wide variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, real estate, financial services, professional practices, retail/distribution, construction, and others.
