Helen Norris has practiced exclusively in the area of business valuations and quantification of damages since 2003. Helen has particular experience in business valuations related to family law and the determination of income for child and spousal support purposes. Helen’s casework also involves business valuations related to shareholder disputes, inter-generational transfers, related party transactions, shareholder oppression and tax rollovers as well as the quantification of economic damages resulting from breach of contract, wrongful termination and personal injury. Helen also has extensive experience in external audit, tax and forensic accounting.
For over 20 years Helen has acquired knowledge in a broad range of industries, including real estate, professional practices (including medical, dental, law and veterinarian), hotel and hospitality, restaurant, industrial products, manufacturing, construction and retail.
