Richard Davies practices exclusively in the areas of business valuation, quantification of economic damages, and forensic accounting. He has particular experience in business valuations and forensic accounting investigations for the purpose of matrimonial and shareholder disputes, as well as complex commercial litigation including breach of contract, patent infringement, and other intellectual property disputes.
Richard’s casework has covered a wide variety of industries including financial services, oil & gas, industrial chemicals, retail/distribution, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, technology, construction, and professional practices. He has prepared or assisted in the preparation of numerous expert and valuation reports for litigation purposes.
In addition to his work experience, Richard contributes his time to several professional organizations including the Halton-Peel CPA Ontario Association and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
