Prem Lobo, along with Peter Henein of law firm Cassels Brock LLP, delivered a presentation at the CICBV Eastern Regional Conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Messrs. Lobo and Henein presented their preliminary findings from their research paper entitled “Credibility Under Scrutiny: A Research Study of the Weight Placed on Expert Valuation and Damages Evidence in Canadian Court Judgments”.

Their final paper is expected to be published in 2012.
